Die, tool and component materials for high-volume production.
Home Appliances
Home appliance manufacturing relies on sheet forming, plastic injection, cutting-bending and assembly lines running at high volumes without interruption. Die life, surface quality and tool change frequency directly determine cost. For appliance manufacturers and their suppliers we source mold and die steels, cutting tool materials, stainless steels and copper alloys according to specification.
01Typical applications
Sheet cutting and forming dies
Wear-resistant cold work steels for body, door and inner panel dies: 1.2379, 1.2842, 1.2080.
Learn MorePlastic injection molds
1.2311, 1.2738 and 1.2312 for doors, panels, drawers and internal parts; 1.2083 ESR where high polish and corrosion resistance are required.
Learn MoreCutting tools and knives
HSS grades for cutting blades, punches and cutting tools on sheet and plastic processing lines.
Learn MoreStainless components
Stainless and PH steels for drums, inner tubs, heater zones and visible surfaces.
Learn MoreWelding and electrical components
Spot welding electrodes (CuCrZr), contacts and conductive parts in high-conductivity copper alloys.
Learn MoreTool steel and HSS scrap
Evaluation of tool steel, HSS and carbide scrap generated during die and tool renewal.

02Why it matters
- In high-volume production, die life and maintenance intervals define unit cost; the right grade and heat treatment are often more economical than the cheapest option.
- Surface quality of visible plastic parts depends on the cleanliness and polishability of the mold steel (ESR / VAR grades).
- Galvanised and stainless sheets increase die wear; grade selection and coating should be planned together.
- Tool change time is lost time on serial production lines; grade consistency matters for HSS and carbide tools.
