CuBe2 Beryllium Copper

CuBe2

  • ENCW101C
  • DIN2.1247
  • UNSC17200
  • RWMAClass IV

Copper-beryllium alloy reaching the highest strength and hardness among copper alloys. Combines high thermal and electrical conductivity with spring properties and wear resistance. Non-magnetic and non-sparking.

01Applications

  • Inserts in fast-cooling areas of plastic molds
  • Base plates and neck rings in plastic bottle molds
  • Nozzles for hot runner systems
  • Butt welding electrodes (wheel covers, chain welding)
  • Safety tools, being non-magnetic and non-sparking
