Nickel-copper solid-solution alloy. High corrosion resistance in seawater, hydrofluoric acid and alkaline media; used from −250 °C to 480 °C. Not hardenable by heat treatment.

03Delivery Condition

  • Annealed or cold drawn; bar, plate, sheet, tube.

04Heat Treatment

Typical values

Annealing
870–980 °C; rapid cooling
Stress relieving
540–650 °C, 1–3 h
Hardening
Not hardenable by heat treatment; cold work
Post-weld
No heat treatment required
