02Heat Treatment
Typical values
- Hardening
- No significant hardening by heat treatment
- Softening anneal
- 600–700 °C; air cool
- Stress relieving
- 350–400 °C, 1–2 h
- Delivery condition
- Wrought/extruded or cast
