Grade 23 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI)

Titanyum Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI)

Sourced upon request

  • ASTMF136 / B348 Grade 23
  • UNSR56407
  • AMS4930 / 4907
  • AlaşımTi-6Al-4V ELI

The extra-low-interstitial (ELI) version of Ti-6Al-4V. Lower oxygen, iron and nitrogen content increases fracture toughness and ductility; sourced to specification for medical implants and cryogenic applications.

01Material Properties

  • Higher fracture toughness and ductility than Grade 5
  • Rm ≥ 860 MPa (annealed)
  • Biocompatibility (ASTM F136)
  • Toughness at cryogenic temperatures
  • High fatigue strength

02Applications

  • Orthopaedic and dental implants
  • Surgical instruments
  • Aerospace structural parts (damage tolerant)
  • Cryogenic pressure vessels
  • High-performance sports and racing parts

03Delivery Condition

  • Annealed; bar, plate, sheet. ASTM F136 / AMS certified supply on request.
