Sourced upon request

  • ASTMB348 Grade 7
  • UNSR52400
  • EN3.7235
  • AlaşımTi-0.15Pd

Palladium-alloyed commercially pure titanium. Same mechanical properties as Grade 2 with much higher resistance in reducing acids and to crevice corrosion. Sourced to specification for the chemical industry.

01Material Properties

  • Grade 2 mechanical properties (Rm ≥ 345 MPa)
  • Superior resistance in reducing acids (HCl, H₂SO₄)
  • Crevice corrosion resistance up to 250 °C
  • Excellent formability and weldability
  • Not hardenable by heat treatment

02Applications

  • Chemical process equipment
  • Chlor-alkali and chloride environments
  • Heat exchangers and condensers
  • Acid storage and piping
  • Plating equipment

03Delivery Condition

  • Annealed; sheet, plate, bar, tube. Sourced to specification.
