  • EN1.4541
  • ENX6CrNiTi18-10
  • AISI321
  • UNSS32100

Titanium-stabilised austenitic stainless steel. Resistant to intergranular corrosion in the 400–800 °C range; used instead of 304 for welded parts operating at elevated temperature.

01Material Properties

  • Ti stabilised; resistance to sensitisation
  • Oxidation resistance up to 800 °C
  • Corrosion resistance similar to 304
  • Good weldability
  • Non-magnetic

02Applications

  • Exhaust manifolds and systems
  • Boiler and pressure vessel parts
  • Aircraft and engine components
  • Heat exchangers
  • Welded high-temperature equipment

03Delivery Condition

  • Solution annealed (max. 215 HB); bar, plate, sheet, tube.
